中文摘要: 碳纖維強化高分子複合材料(CFRP)包覆補強鋼筋混凝土構件時,依國
內外研究之實驗結果可發現其主要因介面強度不足而導致碳纖維貼片剝落
(Debonding)而補強失敗,故本研究針對碳纖維包覆補強配合碳纖維錨栓
(CFRP Anchor)之工法,使混凝土構件維持其原先外觀下,構件上包覆之碳
纖維可藉由碳纖維錨栓來發揮其介面及材料強度。
本研究設計剪力筋配置足夠以及剪力筋量配置不足之實尺寸混凝土梁
藉由碳纖維包覆配合碳纖維錨栓補強來試驗,採用四點式載重試驗法,以
單向加載方式試驗,試驗共製作九座試體進行補強試驗,規劃三組為標準
試體,預期之破壞模式分別為剪力破壞與撓曲破壞;補強試體共計六座,
採用純U 型包覆與U 型包覆配合不同用量之碳纖維錨栓錨定方式進行補強。
試驗過程中除使用傳統位移計及應變計量測外,亦使用影像量測技術進行
試體大範圍位移場及應變場量測,用以作為比較依據。
試驗結果顯示,標準試體如預期為非韌性剪力破壞與具韌性之撓曲破
壞,碳纖維貼片純U 型包覆補強試體證實當小位移時因界面剝落破壞使補
強材料未能發展出其材料強度;採用碳纖維貼片U 形包覆配合碳纖維錨栓
使用之補強試體除提高韌性外,有效提高介面強度,避免介面剝離之發生,
且補強成功之兩座試體顯示除改變試體破壞模式由剪力破壞轉變為撓曲破
壞,大量提升梁構件之韌性,故本研究所發展之碳纖維錨栓補強工法與設
計理論之合理性與實用性也因此獲得証實,可供工程實務設計參考與使
用。
英文摘要: Results of previous studies show that the RC beams shear retrofitted by externally wrapping CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) sheets were often unable to take full advantage of the expected CFRP high strength cause of the spalling due to interface failure (Debonding) between the RC surface of the beams and the CFRP sheets. Therefore, this paper proposes the use of CFRP Anchor mechanism to overcome this problem. In this study had nine full-scaled RC beams were designed for the four-point bending tests in National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE). During the experiment, in addition to using traditional strain gauge and LVDT to measure, but also use the "image-based measurement" to acquire the global strain field and global displacement field of the external wrapping CFRP sheets. These specimens had three beams are the bench mark specimen. These were designed to subject the brittle shear and flexural failure whiling the monotonic loading tested. The other specimens retrofitted by different externally CFRP U-shaped wrapping divided into two groups. The first group includes two specimens retrofitted by pure CFRP U-shaped wrapping specimen, and the second group includes four specimens retrofitted by CFRP sheets with the different quantity of CFRP anchors. Test results indicated that the bench mark specimens were brittle shear and flexural failure,and the two pure CFRP U-shaped wrapping specimens were debonding between concrete surface of the beam and CFRP sheet occurred at the above of central line of beam section in the shear region caused by the shear crack of the specimen effect the strength of CFRP wrapping retrofitted. The CFRP retrofit specimens using CFRP anchors not only increase the strength but also the ductility. The failure behaviors of these two specimens used different quantity of CFRP anchors were flexural failure with huge deformation. The research of the CFRP anchor design procedures, the proposed working method of the RC beam retrofitted demonstrated effect. This study of CFRP anchor is referable for seismic retrofit engineerings.
