中文摘要: 目前國內工程界常用的耐震詳細評估程序,係基於容量震譜法的非線性
側推分析,以評估所得之性能目標地表加速度與場址475 年設計地震最大
地表加速度比較,作為結構耐震能力是否足夠之依據。FEMA 440 顯示容量
震譜法的評估結果過於保守。本文即以單自由度結構系統的非線性動力分
析,探討容量震譜法隱含的安全因子,及安全因子與結構彈性勁度、構件
遲滯消能及地震歷時特性的關係;結果顯示此安全因子超過2,且在彈性勁
度較低的結構有較大的值,與構件遲滯消能的多寡較無關係,而與地震歷
時特性有直接關係。
英文摘要: At present, engineers often use the pushover analysis based on capacity spectrum method to work on the detailed seismic evaluation in Taiwan. The performance target ground acceleration is used to compare with the site peak ground acceleration of design earthquake with a 475-year return period to evaluate the seismic capacity is enough or not. The evaluated results are too conservative which is stated in FEMA 440. In this report the nonlinear dynamic analysis of a single degree structure is used to study the inherent safety factor of the capacity spectrum method and its relations with the elastic stiffness of the structure, the dispersive hysteretic energy, and the characteristic of input seismic record. From the analysis results, this safety factor is found out larger than 2, has larger value for lesser stiffness structures, does not dependent on the dispersive hysteretic energy, and is influenced by the characteristics of input seismic records.
