中文摘要: 進行商轉之核能電廠,於役期之中本於機能維護與更新等需求,需多
次汰換電氣盤體之盤內設備物。其中,新購入之核能安全相關電氣盤體及
其盤內設備物,應經由振動台實驗等耐震性能驗證機制,藉由輸入強震下
設備物固定處之模擬加速度歷時,確認該設備物之耐震容量,是否足以在
強震中與震後維持機能。
基於核電廠數次汰換盤內設備物之必須性、電氣盤體種類與結構特性
相異、盤內設備物固定點相異等環境條件,本計畫之長程研究目的,為提
出兼具經濟性與適用性之盤內反應譜設計機制,使核能電廠據以開出設備
物廠商應滿足之最小耐震需求;研究對象則以龍門電廠為例,依據Final
Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) 分析結果界定與核能安全高度相關之電氣盤
體。本年度為盤內反應譜設計機制建立之先期性研究,透過核三廠電氣盤
體之實體振動台試驗,包括自然頻率搜尋與符合IEEE-693 反應譜之人造地
震歷時測試,初步了解核能級電氣盤體動力反應及其結構特性,以及盤內
設備物固定方法等安裝特性。藉由實驗結果,本研究亦初步探討國外盤內
反應譜設計機制相關研究,並提出盤內反應譜設計機制雛型之初步建議。
英文摘要: The objective of this 3-year project is to develop the in-cabinet design response spectra for critical facilities and equipment in a nuclear power plant. For the pilot project in this year, based on the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for NPP4, the MCCs (Motor Control Center) in the top seismic-induced accident sequences were identified as the target cabinets in this study. In order to understand the basic characteristics of dynamic response for electrical cabinets, one existing cabinet used in NPP3 was adopted as the specimen in the shaking table test. The input excitation was in compliance with the standards for seismic qualification of Class 1E equipment (e.g. USNRC RG 1.100 and IEEE 344). The vibration responses and spectral amplification factors of the tested cabinet under different shaking intensity levels as well as the variation of total mass and anchorage locations of additional weight attached inside the cabinet were studied and summarized in the pilot study. The results of this preliminary study can be contributed to propose the complete test plan for the identified MCC for NPP4 in the next year.
